Albert Meijer
About: Albert Meijer (1967) received his PhD from Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2002 for the dissertation 'The transparent state'. Since then he has worked at the Utrecht School of Governance as a postdoc, assistant professor and now an associate professor. He is co-chair of the permanent studygroup on e-government of the European Group for Public Administration.
